Understanding the co-evolution of galaxies, black holes, and their jets across cosmic time is a fundamental challenge in modern astrophysics. JET (Jet from Early Times) is a semi-analytical cosmological model designed to track the hierarchical assembly of dark matter structures and compute the associated gas dynamics, black hole growth, and jet activity. A tutorial will be held at NTNU at March 26, 2025 for this semi-analytical approach.
In this tutorial, we will provide an in-depth introduction to the physics behind JET, its applications in modeling galaxy and AGN evolution, and its potential implications for astroparticle physics. Join us for an illuminating journey into the cosmos with the JET !
