A workshop on “Geospace and Solar System Exploration” will be held by the Center of Astronomy and Gravitation on Feb 10-12, 2025 on the Gongguan campus of the National Taiwan Normal University. The workshop will focus on space mission initiatives, planning, and sciences.
The workshop will consist of two parts: missions and science. The space mission part will cover Geospace exploration, Earth orbital and near-Earth missions, Inner Solar-System missions, and interplanetary and deep space missions. In the space science and astronomy part, workshop topics will include protoplanetary disks, comets and asteroids, and young stellar objects. Chief scientists of NASA’s Europa Clipper and Osiris-REx sample return missions are invited together with many TASA experts.
